2010was cool year and damp growing season. Through diligent vineyard management
practices of including reduced crop size and delaying harvest until just before the
fall rains brought balance and maturity to the grapes. This allowed us to achieve
a bright ruby red color with black cherry and strawberry overtones.

2011was another cool and wet year but through careful vineyard management again
grape maturity was reached. This allowed us to achieve a bright wine with black cherry
and strawberry overtones and just a hint of French Oak.

2009was a near perfect growing season with sufficient heat to ripen our grapes delivering
the perfect balance sugars and acid. Our winery practice of 3-day cold-soaking ensured
a deep ruby red color. 18 months of ageing in French Oak barrels allowed the wine
to develop notes of black cherry, pepper and strawberry.
