2011 was another cool year but by reducing crop load and delaying harvest until just before the fall rains balance and maturity were reached. This allowed us to achieve a bright ruby red wine with black cherry and strawberry overtones.
Bottling will be in early summer 2013, look for retail availability early in 2014.
2012; An exceptional summer for the grapes, warm and dry with cool evenings allowing them to ripen, mature and achieve perfect balance.
This vintage has the potential to be award winning for Twin Fir Vineyards.
